This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with a bottle of water at night, which I really appreciated. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Xmas!

On the downside, the strong smell of dog in the hotel and the unclean lobby due to a pet incident overshadowed our experience. It took longer than expected to get fresh towels, and there was confusion about breakfast hours. The breakfast selection was decent but could use more variety. A few minor issues, like a noisy fridge and a bathroom door that didn’t close properly, were annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our time here but hope for better communication and maintenance next visit.
